We would like to clarify how we process our client's projects, Briefly our process consist of 3 steps:
- Design.
- Development.
- Revision and going live.
And here in detail how process work:
- First our design team crate project design, and we offer 3 trials of revisions to have client approvement on the design.
- We provide the development host and domain required for our development team to implement the design, and also we offer 3 trials of revisions.
- We replace development demo content with real content, and Finally, client required to provide his live host and domain, so we can go live.
General notes to be ware about:
- Paying the agreed cost of the project is related to the progress achieved by our team. Where a third of the value is paid after each stage of the project.
- In case client requested revision trials more than 3 trials for any of our process steps mentioned above, The customer will be charged per hour based on the amount of time required for the review.
- We provide post-delivery services, like website maintenance, and social marketing, The customer will be charged for these services separately.
- In case customer requests to cancel the project, half of the value of the payment for each phase of the project that was delivered will be returned.
